We had a client that checked in - was suppose to check in for two nights but because of the extensive fires in Knysna only stayed one night. The client now says that we have to refund. We only received one nights money and you have to refund for the other night. Can someone get back to me urgently please as we do not have details from your company
There is nothing for you to do now - the refund is between airbnb and the guest. You have been paid one night, guest will be refunded one night by airbnb. End of story. Just inform your guest that such refund is not immediate - it can take up to 7 working days to show in the account.
