Why does Airbnb tell a guest that they can have a full refund when that is not our cancellation policy. You put hosts in an uncomfortable position when you do this. Airbnb dictates the cancellation policy we can choose and then you do not support us with this policy. If a host cancels a reservation with a guest the host suffers severe penalties from Airbnb. You should state the policy as agreed to and not have guests call the host saying Airbnb said they could have a full refund if we agree. This policy should be changed.
