Greetings, 

I need advice on how to calculate my fees please 

if I want to clear (my payout fee) a figure, how do I work out what AirBnB will actually charge my guests.

For Example if I want to clear R550.00 per night what is my unit advertised at?

If you want to see the calculation for the guests, simulate a booking on your own listings.

Example: As a host you will receive 550,- minus 3% Airbnb Host Service fee (increased by VAT if applicable in your country).

Hi There,

VERY new to this.

So, I just received my first query - 6 guests, 3 nights - but when I calculate the rate ( I had my rooms at R 720 p.room per night, the total only came to R 2160 ( on the Airbnb Page). Thats correct for one night, but surely not 3 nights?

Why is it not calculating 3 x rooms x 3 nights @ R 720?

am I missing something?
