Good Morning all

I am new to Aribnb, and I need assistance in regards to rates and pricing.  How do I adjust pricing of my different suites for different times of the year.  I have standard suites, deluxe suites and then also a loft apartment.  Where do I find the different pricing options for different rooms?  Is there a way to rather ask the guest to send an enquiry via email with dates etc. where I can reply to with a quote?

You do need urgent help! At the moment your prices show 63 AUD for 16 guests. I am in a hurry so will be brief: You have to set up a listing per suite if you rent them separately, or a whole house listing. No you can't quote on email, Airbnb calculates the quote and takes the payment. You just need to get in there and change your prices quickly before someone want to book the whole house! I know I do! Bargain. You can change the individual days in the calendar, or a broad sweep for midweek as opposed to weekend in Manage Listings. GOt to go, sorry, just I thought I'd save you from booking out the house at 63 AUD.
