Rating Issue - Not resolved yet question closed by airbnb

I raised a question a week or so ago about a recent guest rating. We were discussing the issue and in my last question I had asked if ratings can be changed. This question was not answered and airbnb just closed the question.

 

My last guest rated me 1 for overall experience yet the breakdown of ratings were all ratings of 4 and 5 stars. I have since been in contact with this guest and they said it was a mistake and that they rated me 4 overall. So I need to know if its possible for this rating to be changed by the guest or administration. It is clear from all the higher scores that the guest would not then rate me as 1 overall if they rated 4 and 5 in the breakdown of cleanliness, communication etc. An overall rating of 1 is also clearly detrimental to me and my future guest possibilities so natually I would like this rectified. The guest is happy to change it too.

 

Please can anyone help with this or show me how I can get in touch with airbnb direct as I cannot find any way to contact admin. I am based in Cardiff, Wales, UK.

Yes it can if your guest confirms they wanted a higher rating. Call BNB -
