"what to work on" in progress

Hi guys,

I'm very new to Airbnb, my listing has only been published for under 48hrs.

I currently have 5 guest stays confirmed. Unfortunately had to decline one request; our property sleeps 3-4 guests (4th on a mattress on the floor) and I have said we are unsuitable for young children (0-2 years) as we have quite steep stairs. The request I declined was for a party of 5 people, one of whom was 22 months old. 

I have just been looking at my "Progress" and, under "What to work on" it says

overall rating: -* (target 4.7)

Accepted reservations: 0% (target 88%)

I am hoping that someone might be able to explain the above statistics and/or what I could do to improve them?

Any guidance would be gratefully received.

@Li1 don't pay attention to that, you are new and there are not enough reviews or stays to calculate an average. It will change when you start hosting, you don't have to do anything.
