Pretty sure there is no such thing. I've tried to reach them on several occasions in many different ways and no luck. If you figure it out please let me know 😄

Dear @Lynette24 , dear @Peter-and-Celia0 , how to reach Airbnb and what the damaging consequences are when hosts cancel are the two most repeated issues here. Yes, Airbnb could/should be more forthcoming with info on how to reach them - but you are an entroreneur now, you are running a business now - so it is expected of you to do some research and be self reliant.

you can use the search box here, you can skim through other posts, you can google Contact Airbnb, and you'll find phone numbers in no time. Do your research on how to handle inquiries, study everything, and 95% of questions will be answered. Good luck!

Thank you very much!

THANK YOU for posting the phone numbers for customer service.  I am new to AirBnB, but not new to renting furnished business traveler accommodations.  I have spent several hours trying to find out if there is a phone number to speak to a human being in case of problems.  I am always suspicious when business make it difficult to contact a customer service rep.  Based on your list, I did call the U.S. number at 10:10 pm EST and it worked.  It took about 15 minutes hold time, but the person was very pleasant when he did answer.  I told him I was new to AirBnB and just wanted to confirm there was someone to actually speak to if a problem arose while hosting.  I feel much better now.  I was about to cancel my listing.  Why do they make this so difficult?  I am also listed with VRBO and they have great customer service and give you assistance and feed back on putting your ad together.  I have already gotten a booking on that site.  I'll stick around with AirBnB for awhile to see how things go.  After reading 21 pages of comments on this Hosting forum some of my basic instincts seem right.  I refused to turn on instant booking and I am requiring a 5 day minimum.  This chat room was not only informative but highly entertaining:)

Hello @Peter-and-Celia0,

Lovely to meet you. I hope you don't mind, I have moved your message out of the longer thread you replied to, as it will make it easier to follow both discussions. 🙂

You might also like to take a look at Community Guides (created by hosts here in the Community Center). You can also find these at the top of the Community Help board.

I hope this helps.
