Reading potential guest reviews

How do I read reviews for a potential guest that sends me an inquiry? I want to read their reviews before I pre-approve them.

@Rourke0 I think you can just clck on the potential guest's profile and if they have been reviewed by other hosts, those reviews should appear on the profile.

Like @Ali40 said, you can view previous reviews on the guest's profile. If there are none, your guest is likely new to Airbnb. A large number of guests are new, so it's not out of the norm to get guests with no previous reviews.

Hi, I am having the same problem. I have a guest that inquired about a stay, it says she has 2 reviews but when I click on her profile the reviews are not there.. Any suggestions? TIA

@Diana494 are you certain it says the guest has 2 reviews? 

Although I believe it is very possible the system could say a guest has 2 reviews but not display any, I have not seen it yet.

Are you sure it doesn't say they have 2 verifications? Or perhaps have taken 2 trips? (Which they might not have received reviews for?)

The Airbnb system displays publicly any reviews a person has received (guest or host). Unless of course, the reviews have been removed for some reason... but then I would think the count of reviews would reflect the removed reviews.

It definitely says 2 reviews. I have my guest settings to where they must have positive reviews in order to rent my home. She inquired but I had to decline her based on the fact her reviews are not viewable for me. It’s a little weird. It’s the first I’ve seen it.

I am looking at an inquiry that says the guest has 7 reviews, but I am unable to view them.
