Received email Of concern from Airbnb

Today I received an email saying that periodically accounts are reviewed on reservations communication and reviews. 
a guest has said my details in listing are not accurate yet I am not being told anything further. 
how can I address this if I am not given any information? My house is very large and on several acres.  I’ve had 20 rentals all 5 star.

@Lissa2148 There is every chance that Airbnb have got the wrong property. It beggars belief that Airbnb can't tell you what is wrong but I fear if you don't correct it your listing will be suspended. 

I have no solution I am afraid!

I called again and spoke to another agent who said she doesn’t see any negative conversation or report !

I suppose I’ll forget about it as listing is accurate.

Thank you!  Well I cant fix what I don't know.  I won't worry too much about it!  IF they take it down, Ill move over to the other site.

@Lissa2148 it looks like all your reviews are great, unless a guest who did not review you complained. Could it be about the trees?  Maybe retake or remove that photo.

@Lissa2148   There is an overhead shot of the lake and lakefront where the copy says that some of the trees have been cut down.  That's what I was talking about.

Thanks for your reply.It is such a great photo, it shows exactly the house, driveway to the lake. do you think I should take it off, as the description mentions some trees taken down? We cleared the top of lakefront with the picnic table.(photos show area) and more in the back yard where they were old and dangerous too close to the house.(photos show)

It would just be so helpful and productive to hear what if anything is of concern!

.....PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS and a DOCK and very PRIVATE WITH....

Perhaps, .....private dock access to Cayuga Lake....

there are public docks and private owner docks— I understand your thinking though.

it would be so helpful if I was given the concern to rectify!
