Received first booking

Hi I have just recieved my first booking and I would like to send my guests a text or email to thank them and give them any information they may need.  Is there any information on how I would word this?

Yes. You can contact your guest and thank and welcome them. It's best that you are available to them via mobile at anytime. So, that they won't feel left in the wind and you also want your first guest, to leave an awesome review!

Welcome to the club! I'm Eric in DC!

Hi Eric and hello from sunny Queensland!

That's true I would love the first experience to go well right from the start.  I am just unsure as to how to word my message and wondered if there would any examples I could see.  Naturally I would change it to suit.

Okay guest you are all set. We will talk again closer to your arrival to set up a check in time. In the interim, send me any questions or requests. I look forward to welcoming you in.

Here is mine:

Hello x, Thank you for the booking. I hope you will have a great time! You can check in any time after 2pm, just let me know when you plan to arrive and I will meet you at x Street and show you how things work. If it is hard to predict this early, just let me know on the day. Regards,

I will also add any answers to questions, but mostly just that.
