This is my first time using Air Bnb. I signed up using a friends referral link and was able to get credit for my account. However, when I booked a place I paid using my credit card since I assumed my referral credit automatically factored into the payment. To my frustration this was not the case, only charging my card. I found out after the fact that I should have received a code via email to redeem my credit (however I am not too sure about this; I don't think Air Bnb is very clear on this). However, I cannot for the life of me find this code anywhere in my email. Ideally, I would like to cancel my current reservation and get a refund so that could rebook it with my referral credit if that is possible. Does anyone else have any similar problems? Any help would be much appreciated!
