Referral credit

i just wonder.. if i get hosting referral credit, maybe it is around 250euro, then can i use that only for here?

or cash credit?

You can only use it for Airbnb bookings, under certain conditions.

It can not be exchanged for cash.Read all details:

Quoted "Travel Credits must be used within one year from the date they are issued, after which they will expire. Travel Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Travel Credits may not be applied to a reservation of 28 nights or more."

If this is credit because you've referred a host, ie. they've signed up as a host using your link, then you'll receive your award in cash (well, into your bank or viaPayPal) once they have hosted the applicable number of stays. If this is a credit for some other reason, it's for use on Airbnb only, like @Emiel1 says.
