Referring a new host rewards

I am new host with an apartment in Bienos Aires.

Need to know how does payment work. When and how do I get the money?

Also I neet to include a seccond person in the communications who can take recieve guests when I am bussy.

Firstly, welcome to hosting on AirBnb!

To get paid, click on your profile picture, go to "Account Settings," on the left hand side, under "Notifications,"  click on "Payment Methods." Add your banking information to the account you want your money depostied to, or have your payments sent to your existing PayPal account. 

In my experience, AirBnB pays promptly- usually the day following the date that your guest checks in.

You can add a co-host easily. On your "Dashboard" page, click on "Listings," then click on your listing. On the "Listing" page, the tab to the far right is "Co-Hosts." Click on this and follow the prompts.
