We stayed at a location that had 4+ units only 1 Air Bnb. It was suppose to be a non smoking however there was issues with a tenant smoking and I reported it both nights of fresh smoking weed coming into the house. He offered a refund then in his own words said he would not uphold the offer of a refund because “I did not get a 5 star you gave me a 4”.   Am I entitled to a refund since he offered it the. Declined it,

@Robin587 he can change his mind, offering a refund does not mean that you are entitled to it later on. On the other hand he shouldn't offer refunds in exchange for a review. I doubt you will get one so I personally would just let it go. But, if you insist on it, you could contact Airbnb to assist you, there is no other way.
