A guest ( long term ) want to cancel a reservation and ask a full refund.
@Young25 It's up to you whether or not you refund them. As per the long term policy the first 30 days rental is non-refundable and they knew this when they booked. I would say no unless I can rebook the nights. Also any message you get about canceling do not accept, DECLINE or the cancellation will be on you not the guest and they will get a full refund.
