There’s a guest that has lost her credit card after booking my Airbnb. She booked 15-16 August but request for refund on today, 10 august. I declined the preapproval in hopes to straightaway refund to her only to realise that she can’t get her refund since her stolen credit card has been cancelled. Is there any other way? I also tried to contact Airbnb. They haven’t yet give a solution. Was hoping if the community here will be of some help?
