I booked a reservation with the host's cancellation policy being flexible.
It stated that if cancellation was 24 hours prior you receive a full refund.
I tried to cancel the reservation and saw I was only being refunded $69.12 and the reservation cost $306.
I didn't continue with the cancellation since there a non refunable reservation price of $236.88 that was showing up. This charge was not stated on the booking. I had no reason to believe that I would not be completely refunded. I am very confused. How can I get my full refund?

I think there must be a system glitch. Call airbnb for assistance.

Hi everyone, i am facing a problem almost same like your guys, I had make a reservation (with downpayment) for my Manila trip next month (May 26) but due to some changing of schedule, i cancelled my reservation on April 1, but i haven't received any feedback or reply from Airbnb. Where i can check and who i can refer? Any idea?
@Yong-Wei-Loong0 how did you contact Airbnb about this?
If you have not contacted Airbnb support about this, you should. The contact information for support should be in the emails you received about the reservation.

@Alexandre939 This is a community centre not Airbnb support so no one here will be able to answer your question I am afraid.
Even the Airbnb support is not able to answer my enquiry as well, I thought that here someone could give some idea about some time frame
