Hi, 

I have paid for a Airbnb when the host said it was already booked but the money got taken out of my account regardless.

The host said he will contact Airbnb and find out whats happening but I've decided to contact you as well.

Please can you help me with reagrds to getting a full refund?

You can also contact Airbnb and explain the situation.

Either your host or Airbnb will cancel on your host behalf so you will be refunded in full.
