Refund

Refund

Hello,

What could I do when I have not received the refund for my account? I received the notice from Airbnb team that I would get a full refund for my canceled booking within 5 business days, it was on the 24th April. Now it has been 10 days and the money has not been back.  

Where could I get this problem solved?
