Refund

I have a guest who is 3 days into a 9 day stay. He now is asking to leave 3 days early.  What is the policy Airbnb has already issued the pay out. Should I offer him a token refund or is that now necessary.  In the past several guests have left a day early and I was never  been asked for a refund. Thanks Carol

Hi @Carol31,

 

You aren't required to refund the amount to the guest as per your cancellation policy (Strict). In case the guest insists, you can ask them to get in touch with Airbnb with refund and inform them that Airbnb handles all monetory transactions and not hosts.
