Hello,
I had a recent stay in Yaounde, Cameroon and was supposed to stay in an Air BnB property called 'Appartement meuble' on the evenings of 6th and 7th October. However, we were unable to contact our host despite having 2 telephone numbers provided by them. They later told us they think it was because the networks were down and that they never turn their phones off. We also tried finding the property by using the location on their Air BnB site - I did not have internet connection when searching but did have GPS so this was possible. We still couldn't find the place, asked locals if they recognised the picture of the builiding that was provided on the Air BnB page and they did not. I have a screenshot of when we looked for the location as well as pictures of us in that location but without finding the property! This meant that we had to stay somewhere substantially more expensive as it was last minute.
Please could you advise me how I can request a full refund of 97.09 GBP? When I select the request refund option on Air BnB it is only offereing me a 77GBP refund.
Many thanks, Anna
