Hi,

 

Our guest cancelled her booking within the cancellation policy and she is in contact with us to say she has still not received her refund?

 

Can you let me know how to proceed with this one please.

@Ishmael0  There's nothing for you to do since it will be Airbnb who will process the refund.  Airbnb processes refunds almost immediately but it can take several business days  (5 -7) for the guest's bank to process the refund.   Your guest can always contact Airbnb to see if they have released the refund.  I would suggest that they also check the financial institution that she used to pay for the reservation.

I just came across this thread and I'm going through a smiliar issue and havent received the refund.

Just wanted to know if you're guest received the refund eventually?
