I have provided a doctors letter to prove why I had to cancel my week away the support team said this letter will be fine 

but than has changed there mind and will not issue it I am owed £500 but only offered £70 voucher 

I have now asked some one to step in as I was giving a lot of different information and I have kept all the conversations.
