Refunding a guest voluntarily

I had a great guest that unfortunately had to deal with our dog barking and whining all night one of the nights during his stay. I would like to refund him his fee for that night, but Airbnb states no listings are eligible for me to 'send money.' Any ideas?

Have you managed to do this yet? 

 

If it's now allowing you to send money, then you could change the reservation price by choosing the option to change reservation.

Not sure what steps you took, @Tiffanie4, but if you want to refund money just go to the reservation in question and select the request or send money option and follow the steps.  Hope this helps
