Does anybody know how I can refund a guest if he already checked in and out and did not like his stay?
I would also like to know the answer to this ...it is just a slightly different situation. The internet was down whilst guests were staying and they are from overseas so I am unable to transfer money straight into their account. I would like to refund them a small portion to make up for the lack of Wifi.
