Good evening, i really need your help.. My host confirmed our reservation but a day before our arrival she message me that she can't accommodate us because they will use the unit. Until now she didn't refund or return my payment and i can't contact the host anymore. I already report it to Airbnb but I'm patiently waiting for their updates. It's been a month after the reservation and it already billed on my creditcard. It so painful to think that I'm paying for nothing.
I'm hoping for a favorable action.
