Refunding

Hi, I have a reservation of property with strict cancellation policy. When I cancel it today I should to get 50% of amount. BUT the host agreed to refund total amount (airlines have canceled flights to this destination from my country). I am very glad about that and I don't want to make a mistake in the proces. Host said me that I should to contact Airbnb directly because of the cancelation - Once the booking is cancelled they will refund the amount. Please, have you some advices how to do it? Should I go to cancellation, select reason OTHER and write note that host agreed to refund me? Please, do you have any experience with similar situation and advice me the right steps? Thank you very much for any advice
