Hi to every one, we are Ken and Sylvie and have recently started our Airbnb journey. We are very much feeling our way but learning fast and enjoying every minute. However we have recently had a booking who cancelled only hours before they were due to arrive. Does anyone know the Airbnb policy on late cancellation by GUESTS, i. e. do they have to pay or are they refunded. I have no quarms about a refund, I merely need information. Many thanks, Ken.
After cancellation your cancellation policy, set on the listing, will calculate payments or refunds (if any) automatically and you and the guest are informed about it.
