Refunds

Hi,

 

Just a quick one.  We had a cancellation we got 1/2 the payment as per the strict policy now just discovered that that 50% has been refunded to the guest.  anyone shed light on this?

Airbnb can overrule the policy when the guest claims for "extenuating circumstances", but then Airbnb will inform you.
