i want to offer super strict cancellation policy to guests, how can i arrange that ? is it possible if they have reservation only for 14 days?

Hi. I've read some other relevant posts but I'm now wanted to understand the cancellation system. Can my guest cancel PART of her reservation so that I can relet for those 7 nights and refund her. Also, will I be charged AirBnB fees for this? Thanks!
