Regarding publish my listing

Dear Sir/M'am

Dear airbnb team i am writing this mail regarding publish my listing on airbnb, i have already submitted all the requirements field on your portal as per accordingly and finished every formalities but in the last when  i am clicking on publish red button its become failed with some error, its showing "To activate your listing, please add a routing rule by going to Payout Preferences > Routing Rules"    so please suggest me for further process.and tell me the right reason why its showing this massage.
