Hello Chicagoans,
I have and live in a 2-4 multi unit property with a front house and a coach house. I successfully registered my apartment in my front building for Airbnb. In the ordenance it says for up to 4 units "(i) the shared housing host’s primary residence, and (ii)is the only dwellingunit in the building that is or will be used as a shared housing unit or vacation rental, in any combination."
It looks as though I can have a Airbnb in the front house and coach house. Anybody have any knowledge one this subject?
