Registering my listing in Seattle area?

How do I go about registering my Airbnb in the Seattle area? I went onto the link you have two choices either the tax license or a short term Airbnb licensing,I got the short term rental places that I have not heard anything back also not sure that’s what I need to do

Hi Holly, 

My husband and I are in the same position.  What you need to do first is get a business license tax certificate. Then, when you have the business license tax certificate, you need to apply for a short term rental license. We have done the first and are waiting for processing to move on to step two. Once you have the rental license, you can update your listing with the necessary information. It is my understanding that once these steps are completed, your listing can then be published.
