How do I reimburse a guest for a cleaning fee

The easiest way to do this is a alteration if the are still staying with. The steps to take 1) open the calendar for the guest and press the change/delete button. DO NOT CANCEL. Select the change and once button opens new window the total will appear. Enter the new total where you have deducted the cleaning fee - you are done! Let the guest know that an alteration is awaiting approval and once guest approves, guest will be credited the difference. If your guest has left already you will need to go to the Resolution Center to work it out.
