Hello everyone 

my guests extended their stay and since a new cleaning fee was charged they would like to be reimbursed which I am happy to do , however they will like it in cash. Should I give cash back?

@Charmaine, I wouldn't do that. Airbnb has no record that you gave the guest cash nor will they take your word for it. If anything happens and the guest asks for a further refund Airbnb may return this money to them directly from your next payout (even though you supposedly paid them back yourself.) Money always goes through Airbnb, best to keep it that way.

hi , how long will take to receive an reimbursement from Airbnb?

as host i cancelled a guests reservation after contactin the guest(due to unexpected circumstance) which airbnb penalizes 50- for cancellation yet airbnb published my cancellation as accepted and the would be guests !!!funds are incognito!!!!! refunding the guest 100% id my goal and i need airbnb support. How do i get this?
