I filed a damage claim 4 days past the two week window.   Is their any wiggle room 

My clients put a diaper down the toilet and burnt the pump.  The clients admitted to air b n b that 

their daughter is in pull up diapers but denied flushing it down the toilet. 
Air b n b is saying I’m past the filing date.

@Sheila571  I'd say you can't expect any wiggle room. 14 days seems like plenty of time to start a claim, and I've never read of anyone getting that waived. You should probably  not waste any more time on it.
