Hi there, just a pretty basic question but can’t seem to work it out. I have accidentally started a third listing which I don’t have but I can’t seem to delete it. The only options available are “continue” or “go back” which isn’t getting rid of the listing.
thanks so much for your help
cheers
Kaye
Hello @Kaye34,
Log in and click on "Host" and then select "Listing".
You should then see a page that shows your two current listings and the unfinished one.
Click on the 3 dots symbol at the right for the unfinished one and select the option to deactivate it.
See the screenshot beolw for how it looks for th eunfinished listing I deleted just now.

Hi guys thanks so much for the information, however the option of “delete listing” never comes up. I thought maybe I had to go on further with details in the listing so I completed a few more steps but there is never a delete option or the three dots on right side to give me that option??? Mmm a little mystified
Hello @Kaye34,
You could try completing the listing and them immediately deactivating it. Remember that it will be live and bookable for the few minutes that it takes to deactivate it.
To permanently deactivate a published listing click on "Host" and then select "Listing". Then click on the listing to be removed and scroll to the end of the page. Click on the "Edit" button in the "Listing status" section and then on the "Permanently deactivate listing" link.
You could also contact Airbnb support. For information on ways to contact them type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
