Removing a host or co-host

We are a property management business with 30+ holiday homes to let. All are listed on Airbnb and are hosted and/or co-hosted by two staff members. One of the staff members is leaving the business. Is there a way of removing this host/co-host but also keeping the reviews? Can the reviews be rolled over to the other host? Do they stay with the property? Alternatively is there a way that we can remove the two 'people' hosts and make the business the host? Airbnb changes their rules quite often so I am not sure I am keeping up!! I look forward to any responses on how to manage this transition. Many thanks.

The reviews are linked to the "listing admin" (the one who created the listing).

that is what I thought. So I am better off to keep her profile even when she leaves the company.
