How does it work, if owner of the flat in Prague lives in Norway and wants to rent it through the airbnb for a long term rent. Is here in Prague someone (an employee) who would sort it out instead of the owner. (Give the keys, show the flat etc.) Let me know pleas. The best would be if I can call to someone from airbnb and talk about that. Thank you a lot, David

Nope, @David432. Airbnb doesn't do it. It is up to the host (owner) to sort things like that out. You would have to find a co-host for yourself (that could be done throught Airbnb) or a rental manager/agent to handle checkins, checkouts and cleaning.

I am sure there are many Management Companies that can look after things locally for you.
There are management companies and services you can reach out to and use for basic management of the property between bookings. As for the keys and providing access to rental for guests, I'd highly reccommend getting a good keypad digital lock.
I love this new lock we recently got! It syncs with your AirBNB calendar so each time a guest books a stay with you, it automatically sends them an email confirmation with their key code. It auto updates itself and auto switches codes for you when guests check in and check out! Saves me a whole world of time and makes hosting not only super easy on me, but easy and convenient for our guests!
