Renting apartment on lower ground/basement floor

Me and my wife are moving to UK for 4 month, we found one appartment which is located on lower ground floor.

How bad is going to be to live in appartment like this? will we get any sun in the appartment ?

Looks a basement apartment. It seems dark in a grey country. Is there an exit to the back with a little garden perhaps? 
How does the land lord / host describe it? Is it a Airbnb listning? Aren't there any photos from the inside?

It is in Brighton UK , it is an AirbNb listining , and i think that there is a garden at the back
