A guest asked us to mail some packages for her. We did! We used the AirBnB featured that allows us to request funds so that she could pay us for postage. She didn't get the request, so she can't send the funds. We can't re-send the request because AirBnB gives the error message that we already have an open request with her. And I can no longer figure out how to call AirBnB customer service.
@Brendan-and-Stina0 On guest side, there is a Send Money button option as well. You can ask your guest to send money to you. After you receive an email, you can accept it. I guess that your guest might have received the email in the spam folder.
