Request to book Turned off

Has anyone had Airbnb turn of their request to book function without their permission? I have instant book on some properties and requests on others that I need to schedule and clear with my condo association. 

This is morning I got a confirmed booking for a property that was not instant book. I looked at my other property that was also request only and saw that the settings had also been changed. This is the second time this has happened.

Yes this has happened to me about 8 times.

Call them ask them to cancel the booking and look into why the guest was able to book when you had IB turned off.
