Requesting money from past guest

We had a guest who left some items at our home and asked that we mail them back to him. We did that but it has been a few months since he stayed with us and I am trying to request money from him to reimburse us for postage costs.

How do I request money from a guest when the "request funds" link doesn't show up on that reservation history?
