I was contacted today by a potential customer stating that he had made a reservation with us, and had paid his money to AIRBNB....but this reservation did connect with us as hosts. In the end he contacted AIRBNB and got a refund. His reservation then showed up in our system as Cancelled.
@Chorthip0 Perhaps the guest changed their minds and Air BNB accepted their cancellation and refunded them. This would not be a system problem as it happens all the time.
