I'm hoping someone can help me. I got a reservation inquiry at my regular nightly price including the cleaning fee quoted to my guest, after I responded to her email (without accepting the reservation just yet) the price changed to not include to cleaning fee. Why does this happen, why does the pricing fluctuate and how do I prevent this in future?
I sent a special offer to include the cleaning fee however she accepted the original price that did not include the cleaning fee.
Please help!
