Reservation cancellation

Desperately trying to get help about a genuine reservation error - how does one get Airbnb to cancel it?

Airbnb will not cancel it.  Whoever made the error needs to cancel it and there are penalties for both guest or host with regards to this.  If you meet the Extenuating Circumstances criteria, you may be able to waive the penalties.
