Reservation changes when they messed the dates up and clicked check in today instead of next week.

Hi All, 

I have just recieved a paniced call from a guest who has put the wrong dates in her reservation and instead of starting next Wednesday 3rd April clicked today. Now I cant seem to change the booking becuase Airbnb thinks it has already started. 

Any ideas how can I sort this out?

@Renee8 - You or your guest needs to call Airbnb to fix it.  They will need to cancel it penalty free and rebook it for next week probably - just guessing - but you can't change the reservation once it's started.
