Hi lovely AirBnbers:-)
I need your help. Yesterday I received a reservation request from a lady who is finding places to stay for her company employees. We agreed on a family staying with me with a child (2 years old) for a month.
Now my questions are:
1. Is it okay for companies to make bookings for their employees? She sent me all of their names via AirBnB message but her name appears in the reservation.
2. She accidentally sent a request for 1 guest and I accepted the reservation asking her to change the reservation to 3 guests. She changed it into 2 guests.
So, my question is, do I need to absolutelly have 3 guests on the reservation? If a child is coming as well and I have 2 guests on the reservation, does my AirBnB insurance get limited in case something happens. Could there be any repercussions or limitations for me as a host if I don't have 3 guests in the reservation? Or is it okay because the child is only 2 years old and I decided not to fully charge her with the additional guest fee?
3. The other question is about the price. For 3 guests the system calculates the price for about 2000euro, si she asked me for 1644euro and I agreed for 1700euro for 3 guests plus 15 euri for airport pick-up.
When I sent her that price change along with 3 guests uodate, she tells me, she gets 2009euro change request. So, I told her that she can maje the orice alteration on her side aling with the number of guests. She says she cannot make a simoultanous change to the number of guests & price which is strange... Any ideas why and how can I help her?
She doesn't want to change just the number if guests to 3 because it updated the price to 2000euro automatically.
Pff, that was a long one:-)
Please, help me, I will lice you for that:)!!!
Hugs!!
