Reservation numbers vs request numbers

Hi there,

On my airbnb App it says that there are 5 Requests and 4 reservations. However I have accepted all requests that have come though, so not sure where the 5th request is, or where it has come from. Not sure why I can't see it.

Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Hi Sonia-

The information/stats on the app are frequently wrong. For instance, I had 225 views in the middle of the month, the next day all my information/stats was erased and it started over with zero. It currently says I have made 1 reservation, when in fact, I have made 7 reservations in the month of August. The stats on the app also are very different from the stats on the computer. I'm still fully booked every month, so I don't mind much, it's just a little annoying.

I was told a reservation change request was cancelled and the reservation number was listed. Where do I find a reservation number so I can connect it to a guest and a date.
