Reservation payout

I have a guest tht cancelled their reservation and my cancellation policy is strict but I never received a payout. The status is shown as 'pending' under payouts and the reservation number is PSSYWB

Hi Ken, 

I'd recommend you contact Airbnb customer support to enquire directly about the booking. It's possible the guest had to cancel for extenuating circumstances or for some other reason that might exempt them from the cancellation fee. In that case, until Airbnb can review their application and make a decision, it's likely your fee payment would be pending.

If it is not yet past the guest's arrival date - pending payment is correct.  Payout will be as if the guest arrived and stayed.

Hi there Marit. Just like to clarify, the payout will only be credited to you on the date as if the guest check out?

24 hours after the scheduled check-in.  Just like a normal reservation.
